Delivery Time

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 working days from payment confirmation. If a different delivery schedule is agreed upon during purchase, that schedule will take precedence.

Shipping Charges

Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure that all details — name, address, PIN Code and contact number — are correct to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email provided. Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent so you can monitor your delivery.

Non-Refundable Charges

All shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is issued due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only when

1. i) wrong product received
2. ii) product received in damaged condition

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To apply exchanges, customer should provide a clear “parcel opening video” without any cuts / edits from the beginning of opening the parcel
